1. Our approach to privacy
1.2. Jasnote uses a cloud-based legal practice management solution (“Jusnote Service” or “Jusnote”) available through our website (our “Website”), located at: jusnote.com, and the mobile application.
2. The personal information we collect about you and how we use it
2.1. The information you provide us. We collect personal information about you when you voluntarily provide this information directly to us, by filling out forms on our Website or by contacting us by phone, email or otherwise. This also includes the information you provide when you register to use our Website, subscribe to Jusnote, participate in any discussions, forums or social networks on our site, participate in contests, promotions, surveys and more when you report an issue with our Website or Jusnote Service, or ask us about individual Jusnote features.
2.2. If you choose not to provide us with personally identifiable information, we will not be able to provide you with Jusnote Service or answer any of your other questions.
2.3. Information we collect from other sources. We may obtain personal information about you from individuals or entities that are subscribers to Jusnote Service and have invited you to serve as a Jusnote user. We may obtain personal information about you if you use any other websites that we use or use the services we provide from time to time. We also work closely with third parties (such as, but not limited to, subcontractors in technical services, payment, and delivery services, advertisers, analytics or search providers, credit bureaus) and may obtain information from you in accordance with your agreements with third parties persons.
2.4. The table in Annex 1 lists the categories of personal information you provide to us that we receive from other sources.
2.5. We also automatically collect information about how you access and use Jusnote, as well as information about the device you use to sign in to Jusnote.
2.6. The table in Annex 2 lists the categories of personal information we collect about you automatically and how we use it.
2.7. We may associate and combine the personal information that we collect and / or receive from you and the information we collect automatically. This allows us to provide you with personalized experience and assistance no matter how you interact with us.
2.8. We may impersonate any personally identifiable information about you (to prevent the information from identifying you) and use anonymous information to test our IT systems, research, analyze data, improve Jusnote service, and develop new products and features. We may also share such impersonal information with others.
3. Disclosure of your personal information
· Business partners, suppliers or contractors / subcontractors who provide services on our behalf (these companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us);
· Analytics and Search Engine Providers that help us improve and optimize our Website.
· Credit agencies and bureaus to evaluate your credit rating if this is a condition for entering into an agreement with you;
· Payment systems for the purpose of performing relevant payment transactions;
· To third parties in connection with the Jusnote Business Agreement. Personal information may be disclosed to third parties in connection with an agreement such as a merger, sale of assets or shares of Jusnote, reorganization, acquisition of part or all of our business. If Jusnote is involved in the merger, sale of all or part of its assets, you will be notified by email or by posting relevant public notice on our Website.
3.2. In certain cases, we may be required to disclose personal information in response to legitimate requests from government agencies, including law enforcement agencies.
3.3. We may disclose your personal information if we are required to disclose or transmit such information in order to comply with any legal obligations or to comply with or apply our Jusnote Terms of Service (jusnote.com/tos) and others agreements; or to protect the property or safety of Jusnote, our customers, or others. 3.5. Reviews. With permission, we may display personal feedback from satisfied customers on our site. If you would like to update or delete your review, you can contact us at email@example.com
3.4. Public blogs. Our Website contains public blogs or community forums. Any information you submit to these locations may be read, collected and used, but must be accessible. This means that you are benefiting from our world-class international placements. Request information about our blog or forum information about firstname.lastname@example.org. We believe that we cannot see our personality in your cases, and we know what we cannot do.
4. Marketing and advertising
4.1. From time to time, we may contact you with relevant inquiries regarding Jusnote Service and other Jusnote products. Most requests will be sent electronically. For some communications, we may use the personal information we collect about you to determine the most relevant information to contact you.
4.2. If you do not wish to receive such emails from us, you can let us know by sending an email to email@example.com or unsubscribe yourself by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
5. Storing and transferring your personal information
5.1. Security. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers in a secure, restricted environment. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. If we have provided you with a password (or you have created one yourself) that will allow you to access certain Jusnote Service locations, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. Subscribers should not share their password with anyone.
5.2. Although the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. We cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website by you; any transmission to our Website is at your own risk. As soon as we receive your personal information, we will use clear procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access to such information.
5.3. International transfer of your personal information. The personal information we collect may be transmitted and stored in countries outside the jurisdiction in which you are located, where we and our third-party service providers operate. If you are located in Ukraine or the European Union (“EU”), your personal information will be processed outside Ukraine in the EU; these international transfers of your personal information will be made in accordance with the data protection provisions adopted by the European Commission. 6. Retaining your personal information
6.1. We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which we collected it, including satisfying our legitimate business interests and to satisfy any legal or reporting requirements.
6.2. In order to determine the term of retention of personal information, we consider the volume, nature, and confidentiality of personal information, the potential risk of harm resulting from the unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purpose for which we process your personal information and the law.
7. Referral program
7.1. We use a referral program for Jusnote. You may provide us with the names and e-mail addresses of individuals who, in your opinion, may be interested in obtaining additional information about our products and services in exchange for a fee (such as free use of the service, etc.). We will store contact information to keep track of our help desk. The named person may request removal of their contact information from our database, and may at any time contact us at email@example.com and request removal.
8. Your rights in respect to your personal information
8.1. You have the following rights regarding your personal information that we hold:
· Right of access and movement. The right to access your personal information and to receive this information in the most common formats and transfer it to another data controller.
· Right to rectification. The right to correct your personal information without undue delay if that information is inaccurate or incomplete.
· Right of removal. The right to delete your personal information without undue delay in certain circumstances, such as when personal information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected and processed.
· Right to restriction. The right to obtain restrictions on the processing of your personal data by us in certain circumstances, such as when you dispute the accuracy of personal data.

9. Cookies and similar technologies
9.2. We use the following types of cookies:
· Essentially required cookies. These cookies are necessary for the core operation of Jusnote or our Website, such as authenticating you and preventing fraudulent use.
· Analytics cookie/cookies. These files allow us to recognize and count the number of users and see how users navigate our Jusnote when they use it. This allows us to improve the performance of our service.
· Functional cookies. These files are used to recognize you when you return to Jusnote. This allows us to personalize our content for you, to remember your preferences (for example, your choice of language).

10.1. Jusnote may from time to time link to third-party websites. If you link to any of these sites, please be aware that these sites have their own privacy policies and we accept no any responsibility for their policies and their contents. Please read the separate policies before submitting any information to these sites.
11. Our policy on children
11.1. Jusnote is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. We do not collect personal information about such individuals. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information without the appropriate consent of the authorized persons, please let us know in any way that we may delete such information.
