Watch over your to-do list

Estimate how much time a specific task will take (i.g., time you’re ready to devote to) and match it to the official deadline. Set time on your calendar for non-work-related tasks that contribute to your personal development like training, networking, teamwork, business research, etc. If you don’t insert free time into your schedule, it might be filled in with extra work.
