Track every payment against your invoice — from partial prepayments to full settlements. For each transaction, you’ll instantly see: 

→ Bank details and payment sources;
→ Dates and responsible team members;
→ Running totals for outstanding and paid balances;
→ Visual status tags like “Draft”, “Open”, or “Paid” for quick scanning;

This lets you keep control of your firm’s cash flow and spot unpaid invoices before they become overdue. 

Attach Documents — Keep Everything in One Place

Need to include supporting documents or reports? With our updated “Documents” tab, you can securely upload any file — from Word and Excel to PDFs and presentations — directly into the invoice view. 

All files are: 

→ Timestamped with upload date and time
→ Linked to team members who added them
→ Always available to reference, share, or include with the invoice 

It’s like a digital binder, embedded right inside each billing record. 

Create and Reuse Document Templates

We’ve taken templates to the next level — making them more powerful, more flexible, and easier to work with right inside the invoice interface.

Now, all your templates are conveniently accessible in the left-side panel, right where you manage your invoice details. This redesigned layout means switching between templates is seamless and intuitive — no need to jump between tabs or hunt through folders.

What’s more, the preview now updates live based on the selected template. This has never been possible in Jusnote until now. Previously, template previews were static and limited — but with this update, you can instantly see how your selected template looks, including layout, branding, and filled-in data.

But that’s not all.
