Introducing the all-new global communication module in Jusnote

After careful planning, design, development, and testing, we’re excited to introduce the all-new Global Communication Module in Jusnote, now available to Professional and Premium subscribers.

Since the introduction of our object-oriented chats—enabling legal professionals to leave comments and communicate on specific entities such as matters, contacts, tasks, and events—our team has received valuable feedback from users requesting a global communication module. This feature would serve as a communication hub, allowing teams to collaborate seamlessly within the system, independent of specific entities, and share messages, files, documents, and updates all in one place.

At Jusnote, we listen closely to our customers. Based on this feedback, our team began conceptualizing and developing a feature that would meet their needs while maintaining our commitment to simplicity, elegance, and productivity. We envisioned a global chat that would be accessible from every section of the platform and designed to never block important content or interfere with daily tasks.

After careful planning, design, development, and testing, we’re excited to introduce the all-new Global Communication Module in Jusnote, now available to Professional and Premium subscribers. The module can be accessed easily from the upper-right corner, right next to the “Create” button.

Designed specifically for legal professionals, this feature simplifies the communication workflow by combining real-time messaging, file sharing, and advanced search functionality—all within one centralized space.

Key features:

1. Real-time communication with status indicators. Lawyers can seamlessly chat with team members and monitor their availability through status indicators (Online, Offline, or Waiting). This ensures that messages are delivered efficiently, and collaboration happens without delays.

2. Entity and file sharing directly within the system. Share files, documents, and case-related entities directly from the Jusnote environment without switching platforms. Easily link contracts, agreements, or case documents during conversations, enabling faster decision-making and smoother workflows.

3. Pinned messages for quick access. Important updates, key discussions, or critical files can be pinned for instant access. This feature ensures that essential information is always within reach, improving organization and efficiency.

4. Comprehensive search functionality. The built-in search function helps users quickly find past messages, documents, or pinned items by using keywords or filters. This feature enhances productivity by reducing the time spent searching through chat history.
