Oleg Smotrov is the CEO of Jusnote and one of the founders of the company.

He is responsible for setting the overall direction of Jusnote and its product strategy, as well as for all of the company’s worldwide sales and operations, including end-to-end management of Jusnote's sales activities, and service and support in all markets and countries.

Before founding Jusnote, Oleg was the managing partner of Arbitis - the Ukrainian-based law firm specializing in dispute resolution and intellectual property rights. Oleg has more than 26 years of experience in legal practice and more than 16 years in business management.

Oleg has set a mission for Jusnote to help millions of lawyers worldwide build a successful and profitable legal practice.

Maxim Selivanov is the Chief Engineering Officer and co-founder at Jusnote.

He leads a globally distributed and diverse team of technologists responsible for building and operating the company’s market-leading innovative legal products and the main system (jusnote.com). Maxim brings his vast experience in product development and enterprise software including leading the development of ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and industry-specific applications. Maxim also oversees Jusnote’s vast engineering organization which drives the core programming for the company.

Prior to founding Jusnote, Maxim was the partner of Arbitis - the Ukrainian-based law firm specializing in dispute resolution and intellectual property rights.

Nikita Smotrov is the Chief Design Officer at Jusnote and the co-founder of the company.

Nikita is a product and graphic designer who plays a vital role in designing the interface and the whole brand identity of Jusnote. He leads the company’s award-winning creative team, whose work encapsulates all brand creative, product design, and marketing efforts for the company. Nikita’s design style and characteristic simplicity have created a unique narrative for the company. His design renowned for its aspirational, relevant, and simple approach to style that carries with it thoughtful solutions to the problems.

Apart from Jusnote, Nikita creates designs of products and systems for companies and organizations like the Supreme Court of Ukraine, OSCE, huge financial corporations, and technological companies.
