New Report in Jusnote: Lawyer Workload Report
We’re excited to introduce a brand-new analytics report in Jusnote – the Lawyer Workload Report – designed to help you understand, balance, and optimize your team’s performance.
With this new report, law firm partners and managers can instantly see how effectively each lawyer’s time is being utilized, identify workload imbalances, and make informed staffing and billing decisions.
The Lawyer Workload Report gives you a clear picture of how your team’s time is distributed and how close each lawyer is to meeting their utilization targets.
It combines planned, actual, and forecasted data into one interactive table.

The report uses a working-day coefficient to ensure that every utilization plan reflects real-world working time – not just calendar days. It also leverages a 21-day rolling window to calculate the average pace of each lawyer, making forecasts more accurate and responsive to recent activity trends.
